Today, I get to put a nice big check mark next to:
- pass the
California Real Estate Salesperson’s exam.
This Friday will be my one year anniversary since returning to work full-time.
After filing for divorce last June and it became apparent that “don’t worry if
we ever get divorced, I will always support you and the kids as you are the
most important people in my life” was just another myth, I returned to the
full-time outside of the home work force. I am so thankful that my old boss
helped to get the word out that I was looking for a job and so thankful to my
current boss for taking a chance on me. I entered the world of Commercial Property
Management. In January, I started taking the online real estate classes that I
needed to sit for the exam and the past few weeks I have been diligently
studying. I cannot tell you how happy I was to open the slip of paper today
after I left the exam center to read…
CONGRATULATIONS….
No. more. studying…
tonight I actually have time to write a
blog post.
I am going to give myself
from now until Labor Day to try and take it easy, to catch up a bit.
Then I can go back to my goal list:
- Become competent in Wordpress and redesign my website
- Redesign my blog and of course blog more often
- Take a Photoshop class
- Take a surface and pattern design class
- CREATE ART …okay that one should probably move to the top of
the list!
